This role focuses on consultative selling within physician offices and outpatient clinics, providing a unique opportunity to drive clinical outcomes outside of the traditional Operating Room environment.ResponsibilitiesPhysician Consultation: Develop and maintain relationships with neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, and physiatrists within their private practices and outpatient clinics.Clinical Education: Conduct in-office training and "Lunch & Learn" sessions for clinical staff on the proper application and benefits of spine and orthopedic solutions.Territory Strategy: Identify growth opportunities within the Indiana healthcare landscape (e.g., IU Health, Community Health Network, St. Vincent) to expand market share.DME Management: Oversee the fitting and implementation of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) solutions, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care.Account Growth: Move accounts from initial interest to consistent usage by providing exceptional technical support and customer service. QualificationsProfessional Background (One of the following is required):Medical Sales: 1–2 years of experience in Orthopedic, Spine, or Medical Device sales.DME Experience: Proven track record of success selling Durable Medical Equipment into physician offices.Physical Therapy: A licensed PT or DPT with a focus on spine/orthopedic rehabilitation and a desire to pivot into a commercial role.Regional Knowledge: Must reside in Indiana and have a strong understanding of the local healthcare provider network.Communication: Ability to fluently discuss spinal anatomy, biomechanics, and clinical outcomes with specialized surgeons.Professionalism: A polished, "patient-first" approach with the grit required to meet and exceed sales quotas.
