Position Title: Java Technical Project managerJob Location: Plano, TX / Memphis, TN(Onsite)Joining Mode: Full Time Interview Process: Phone and In-person Visa: U.S. Citizens/Green Card ONLY due to legal or government contract requirementMust Have Technical/Functional SkillsStrong background in core Java, Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate), and microservices architectureProven experience (10+ years) in software development, with significant experience in a leadership or project management roleFamiliarity with Azure, JIRA, Eclipse/IntelliJ, GIT, and CI/CD tools like JenkinsExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsRoles & ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and close Java-based projects, managing timelines, budgets, and scope.Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, product owners, and clientsProactively identify and mitigate risks, managing dependencies in complex, high-volume applications.Lead Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning) to drive continuous improvement and software delivery.
