Senior Landscape Design & Sales

Calvin Landscapeis seeking a high-performing Landscape Design & Sales Professional to lead high-end residential projects throughout Central Indiana.If you are a design-driven sales professional who thrives on closing large residential projects and bringing complex outdoor environments to life — this is your opportunity to own projects from concept to completion.Our projects range from $5K to $1M+, offering strong commission potential and the ability to work on transformative outdoor spaces.If you have strong CAD skills, understand residential landscape construction, and know how to sell value — we want to speak with you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and generate leads (self-generated and company-provided)Consult with residential clients throughout Central Indiana to assess needs, site conditions, budgets, and aesthetic goalsDevelop comprehensive landscape designs including drainage, lighting, planting, hardscapes, seasonal elements, material selections, and construction documentationPresent design concepts and close salesOversee project execution from contract through completionCoordinate with production managers, installation crews, subcontractors, and vendorsMonitor timelines, budgets, deliverables, and change ordersEnsure compliance with zoning regulations and permitting requirementsConduct site visits to oversee implementation and resolve field challengesParticipate in marketing and business development effortsPosition RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience selling large residential landscape projects (required)Proven experience in landscape design and residential salesStrong understanding of:Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in CAD software and SketchUp (required)Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and WordCompensationBase salary plus commission ($65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year)J-18808-Ljbffr
