Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years' experience as a First-Line Supervisor in production or operating environments. Deep commitment to enforcing safety standards and compliance measures. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for detailed reporting and team collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in process troubleshooting. Familiarity with automation systems and interest in AI-driven solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on technology-driven or AI-related projects. Background in facilitating remote operations or distributed teams.
