DescriptionNeed to have experience on Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system with Nuance Platform desired but experience with any other IVR platform will be consideredExperience with NAS, NDF and Nuance Cloud is big plusNeed to have knowledge of IVR routingExperience with VXML, JDBC, Java, J2EE, Java Script, XMLFamiliarity with Eclipse, Apache Tomcat Server/Maven, MS SQL/Oracle DB, Linux OS platform, Windows Server, MQ, Web ServicesHave clear understanding of audio and grammar componentsAbility to understand the IVR UI designCloud based solutions experience (AZURE) is plus but not requiredKnowledge of agile development methodologiesAbility to develop and maintain key vendor relationships with a focus on technology currency and best practicesExperience with supporting the production issuesExperience with the health care industry is desired but not requiredAPPLY
