Your daily tasks will adapt to meet the evolving needs of the practice, ensuring quality and efficient service delivery.Full TimeEssential Responsibilities:Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk individuals. Provide reassurance, clear education, and guidance to patients.Facilitate smooth healthcare service flow during patient visits by preparing patients for exams, obtaining vital signs and medical histories, and accurately documenting all information in electronic medical records. Communicate abnormal findings promptly to physicians and ensure patients understand discharge instructions.Support physicians with testing, treatments, minor procedures, and medication management. Coordinate patient testing, referrals, and follow-up communications. Assist with patient education and ensure informed consent for invasive procedures and immunizations.Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, and ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment.Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical operations.Education and Experience Required:Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing program is required. This role is based in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States, offering a supportive environment for professional growth and patient-centered care.
