This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, with up to 25% travel. Key responsibilities include coordinating construction processes, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, liaising with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and resolving any project-related challenges to ensure successful delivery.QualificationsExperience in Project Coordination and Construction Project ManagementStrong skills in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of construction projectsExpertise in Construction Management and Project Management methodologiesAbility to analyze project risks and implement risk mitigation strategiesExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsProficiency with project management software and toolsKnowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and permitting processesBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferredRelevant certifications, such as PMP or equivalent, are a plusRestaurant construction experience required****Compensation$120-$150k/yr, plus benefits
