They are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with payroll data and client questions.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple statesMaintain employee payroll records and enter changes such as new hires, pay updates, and address changesProcess payroll items including garnishments and deductionsReview payroll reports for accuracy before payroll is finalizedRespond to employee and client questions related to payroll and benefitsEnsure payroll processes follow federal, state, and local regulationsQualifications and SkillsFive-plus years of payroll processing experienceExperience processing payroll for hourly and salaried employeesExperience with multi-state payroll preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable using payroll systems and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesC2 Essentials, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
