A well-established community hospital is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join its growing respiratory care team. This modern acute-care facility offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient services, advanced medical technology, and a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care.Full-Time Days or Nights Rotating Weekends What You ll Do As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering life-saving respiratory care and supporting patients through both routine treatment and critical situations.Key Responsibilities:Assess patient respiratory status through physical examination, breath sound interpretation, and airway evaluationAdminister oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and airway clearance treatmentsInitiate, monitor, and adjust invasive and noninvasive ventilationAssist with artificial airway placement and respond to respiratory emergenciesProvide respiratory care across emergency, critical care, and acute care settingsSupport newborn stabilization during deliveries when neededEducate patients and families on respiratory therapies and equipmentMaintain respiratory equipment, ensure proper cleaning, and follow infection control standardsSafely transport ventilated patients when necessary Qualifications Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Respiratory Care Practitioner license (or eligible)BLS / CPR certification required within 30 days of hireAssociate degree, certificate, or vocational training in Respiratory Therapy What Makes This Opportunity Special?
