Our Business Office Managers lead the day-to-day financial operations of the facility business office, supporting residents, families, and facility leadership while managing one of healthcare’s most complex reimbursement environments. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and motivated new graduates looking to launch a long-term career with advancement potential and meaningful responsibility in healthcare administration.Position Overview: Business Office ManagerIn this role, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business office within the facility. Key responsibilities include:Managing Medicaid and Medicare billing, including the full claims cycle, denial resolution, and Medicaid application processing from documentation through eligibility approvalOverseeing accounts receivable across all payer sources, auditing resident accounts, and driving collections to support the financial health of the facilityConducting financial analysis and reporting, tracking performance against goals, and communicating findings to facility and corporate leadershipCompleting admission financial reviews to assess payer eligibility for incoming residents and support census and revenue goalsMaintaining business office oversight, including census reporting, resident trust fund reconciliation, and compliance with state and federal billing regulationsWhat We’re Looking ForAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business ManagementNew graduates are encouraged to apply; prior healthcare experience is not requiredStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independentlyA motivated professional who is ready to learn, grow, and make an impactWhy NHS ManagementAt NHS Management, you won’t spend years limited to one narrow function.
