This role involves repetitive, assembly‐line style work with product moving continuously along a conveyor at a high speed.Pay InformationBase starting rate: $17.50/hour2nd‐shift differential: $1.00/hourTotal hourly rate for 2nd shift: $18.50/hourShift differential applies only to hours worked on 2nd shift, per company policy.Duties & ResponsibilitiesReview work orders to determine required bags, caps, boxes, and labelsPrint and apply product labels according to specificationsBag and box finished rolls, including capping, labeling, folding, and gluing cartonsPlug in and operate glue guns; replenish glue sticks as neededInsert finished rolls into boxes and apply exterior labelsPalletize boxed products following required stacking configurationsHandle pallets (approx. 25 lbs) and boxed rolls weighing up to 50 lbs per boxBuild and load cargo boxes, including counting and verifying quantitiesPerform daily cleaning duties (conveyors, tables, floors, recycling, trash removal)Maintain quality standards, including proper labeling, careful handling, and clean packagingRequired Skills & AbilitiesMinimum 1 year of recent manufacturing or machine‐operation experienceAbility to read, write, and speak English fluentlyAbility to pass a basic math and measurement testAbility to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbsAbility to work in a non‐climate‐controlled warehouse , including temperature extremesStrong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detailAbility to operate a manual pallet jackEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMust pass a background checkPhysical RequirementsProlonged standing and walking throughout the shiftFrequent use of hands and arms for handling materialsOccasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawlingFrequent lifting up to 50 lbsVision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception (with or without corrective lenses)Work EnvironmentNon‐climate‐controlled warehouseExposure to moving machinery, conveyor systems, and forklift trafficModerate to loud noise levelsOccasional exposure to heat, humidity, vibration, and airborne particles
