A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full Time, On-Site, Training & Documentation Coordinator in Boise, ID! (THIS IS FULLY ON-SITE!). We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Training & Documentation Coordinator to support the ID1 Workforce Development team in Boise, ID. In this role, you will assist with training systems administration, technical documentation management, and learning management system (LMS) support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong documentation, administrative, and systems coordination experience who enjoys working cross-functionally with training teams and subject matter experts. Training & Documentation Coordinator Compensation The pay for this position is $25.00/hr Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Training & Documentation Coordinator Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm Training & Documentation Coordinator Responsibilities Documentation Management Monitor and follow up on documentation change requests Maintain documents using established software, standards, templates, and formatting guidelines Edit, proofread, and ensure accuracy of technical documentation Collaborate with content experts to maintain up-to-date documentation Store and organize documents within designated repositories Maintain documentation system data and records Learning Management System (LMS) Administration Adhere to training administration and content management standards Monitor and follow up on training requests and assignments Audit and update training content and employee training assignments Create and manage on-the-job training (OJT) certifications for controlled documentation Training & Documentation Coordinator Requirements Education Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation or managing a learning management system Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment Preferred Experience Experience writing technical documentation for new systems, equipment, or processes Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience using SharePoint Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Semiconductor industry experience preferred If you think this Training & Documentation Coordinator position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me—feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
