We’re seeking a highly organized and collaborative Project/Program Manager to lead training and technical collateral initiatives tied to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical training, cross-functional coordination, and program execution within a high-tech or semiconductor-related environment.You’ll work closely with engineering, product, sales, and technical teams to ensure critical training content and product enablement materials are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to key business milestones.Job Title: Project/Program Manager (PLM & Training)Location:Boise, ID (Travel may be required up to 10–20%)What’s the Job?As the Project/Program Manager (PLM & Training), you will drive the coordination, planning, and execution of technical training and collateral deliverables across product lifecycle milestones and organizational training initiatives.This role will serve as a central point of coordination between multiple teams, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on content requirements, ownership, timelines, and delivery readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine training and collateral requirements aligned to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) milestones Develop and maintain clear deliverable roadmaps, ownership tracking, and project timelines Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, FAEs, Product teams, and Business Units to gather requirements and align priorities Facilitate stakeholder meetings to drive accountability and execution Coordinate technical content creation and presentation responsibilities across teams Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of training initiatives Integrate training and enablement planning into existing PLM workflows and processes Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, communication flow, and training execution What’s Needed?
