Senior Transit Planner

Senior Transit Planner is a full-time position focused on managing transit planning projects, developing staff, and creating business opportunities in the New York City and greater Northeast market. Key ResponsibilitiesLead interdisciplinary teams on various transit planning projects Manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships while identifying new business opportunities Develop and implement internal processes to improve work products and author thought leadership materialsRequired Qualifications7-10 years of experience in the transportation planning field, including two years managing planning projects Bachelor's degree in urban planning, transportation engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Experience with transit service development, bus network redesigns, and BRT planning AICP or PE certification is desirable but not required Proficiency in data analysis and experience managing transit planning projects for public agencies
