Role Description The Qualified Behavioral Health Associate (QBHA) will play a vital role in assisting clients with their mental and behavioral health needs. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Denver, CO. Responsibilities include providing direct client support, collaborating with team members to implement care plans, monitoring client progress, coordinating services, and maintaining accurate documentation. The QBHA will work closely with clients to build strong relationships and support their personal goals. Qualifications Experience in Behavioral Health and Mental Health ServicesSkills in Active Listening, Empathy, and Effective CommunicationStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage client documentationProficiency in problem-solving, crisis de-escalation, and implementing care plansAbility to work collaboratively in a team setting and engage with clients in a professional mannerBachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (preferred)Experience working with diverse populations or in community outreach is a plus
