Fortinet is seeking a Senior Windows Software Developer to join our FortiClient Software team.As a Senior Windows Software Developer, you will:Be proficient in C/C++ with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.Have extensive experience in network programming and a solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.)Demonstrated experience with Windows driver programming.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.We Are Looking for:Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Software developmentStrong familiarity with VPN technologies and protocols.Experience with Rust programming language is a significant plus.Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).Knowledge of network security practices.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150000-$183000. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
