Based in Seattle, Washington, we are seeking a reliable salesperson to support our sales team that will deliver competitive proposals that drive our success across the Western U.S. and Canada. We are looking for salespeople who are motivated and self-starters, Salespeople must be familiar with the construction industry, preferably in commercial building, although not required. The Sales role will be focused on developing new accounts and growing current client business. As a salesperson, you will have the support of an inside team to assist you with quotes and order taking. What You’ll Do: Develop new accounts and rework existing non-active customers Generating job quoting opportunities Continually enhancing personal knowledge of available products Achieve sales plans and goals What Makes You a Good Fit: Prior sales experience in the construction industry is preferred Self motivated, enthusiastic and looking to build a long term career Excellent customer service skills and passionate about the job Strong verbal and written communication Attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage customer information, pricing, and order details Computer literate, with confidence using sales systems, email, and basic business software Drivers license and safe driving history required Compensation & Benefits: From $65,000-$70,000, depending on experience and qualifications Quarterly bonus potential and incentives Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation, sick leave and holidays 401(k) with company match Career advancement opportunities High School Diploma or GED is required.
