In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle issues to ensure our customers receive top-quality service. Your expertise will contribute directly to our mission of delivering reliable transportation solutions. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and schematics. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles including powertrain, electrical systems, and alignments. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete repairs. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and timelines. Keep detailed records of services performed. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Assist in training junior technicians when needed. Qualifications Proven dealership experience as an automotive technician. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, transmissions, and diesel engines. Proficiency with schematics and diagnostic tools. Excellent mechanical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer service orientation with good communication skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.
