This role requires troubleshooting customer concerns, performing inspections, and delivering quality vehicle service that meets factory recommendations. You will work in a professional environment with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.Primary ResponsibilitiesCorrectly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest technical toolsKeep up to date with all technical publicationsEnsure safe and honorable vehicle service is delivered correctly the first timeAddress all original customer concerns before recommending additional repairsPerform thorough inspections to identify additional repair or maintenance needs following factory guidelinesReturn customers' vehicles clean or cleaner than when receivedParticipate in factory and in-house training programsComplete all paperwork accurately and attach required shop forms to repair ordersMaintain punctuality, present a professional appearance, and wear a clean uniform Work Hours and EnvironmentThis is a full-time position offering a guaranteed 40-hour workweek in a professional, clean, and supportive work environment.
