About the JobSignal & Strand is partnering with a leading global consumer technology company to appoint a Director of Growth & Revenue Marketing. This role is responsible for driving measurable demand, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value across a complex digital ecosystem.This leader will own the full-funnel growth engine, spanning performance marketing, direct-to-consumer growth, CRM and lifecycle marketing, marketplaces, and conversion optimization. Operating at the intersection of data, creativity, and commercial strategy, this role will scale efficient growth while maintaining strong alignment with brand integrity.The MandateDefine and lead global growth and revenue marketing strategyOwn full-funnel performance across acquisition, conversion, and retentionDrive disciplined, data-led decision making across all growth channelsScale DTC and marketplace performance while improving efficiency and ROIBuild and lead a high-performing growth marketing organizationKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute global growth strategy aligned to revenue goals and customer segmentsOwn performance marketing across paid media, marketplaces, affiliate, and SEO/SEM channelsLead DTC growth initiatives including acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and retentionOwn CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, including email, loyalty, and cross-sell programsPartner with Sales and marketplace teams to drive performance across Amazon and retail media channelsEstablish and manage core growth KPIs including CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, and retentionDrive experimentation and test-and-learn programs across channels, messaging, and customer journeysPartner with Brand & Creative to ensure growth initiatives are aligned with brand standardsCollaborate with Marketing Operations and Data teams on attribution, forecasting, and analyticsManage external agencies, platforms, and growth marketing toolsBuild and lead a high-performing team, establishing scalable processes for planning, execution, and performance trackingIdeal Profile8–10+ years of experience in growth, digital, or revenue marketing rolesProven track record of driving measurable growth for DTC or ecommerce businessesDeep expertise across performance media, marketplaces, CRM, and lifecycle marketingStrong understanding of attribution, analytics, and performance measurement frameworksExperience operating in a global, matrixed organizationHighly analytical with strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindsetExperience building and leading high-performing teamsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferredLocation & Work ModelEl Segundo, CAHybrid work model with regular in-office collaboration and global cross-functional partnershipCompensation$175,000 to $190,000 base salary + bonusPotential for long-term incentives depending on experience and scope
