Growth Marketing Lead

Company Remedy creates advanced dermo-cosmetic skincare products designed to simplify complex routines. Our first products are targeted treatments, cleansers, and moisturizers that combine the benefits of multiple skincare steps in one, and we are quickly expanding into new categories and formats. We are building a clinical platform for irritation-conscious, results-driven skincare that is accessible to everyone.This is a rare opportunity to join a breakout skincare brand at a pivotal stage of growth. Founded by board-certified dermatologist Dr. Muneeb Shah, Remedy has already established a massive digital footprint and recently launched nationwide in 2,000 Target stores. We are working to become the leading dermo-cosmetic brand in North America and beyond.Role This role will own the strategy and execution of customer acquisition across our digital ecosystem. You’ll define how we scale our media spend, how we optimize our conversion funnels, and how we build a high-velocity "Growth Loop" that turns performance data into brand equity.This person is equal parts technical and creative: building robust attribution systems while partnering with the creative team to iterate on hooks and messaging that drive demand.ResponsibilitiesMulti-Platform Media Buying & ScalingOwn the end-to-end execution of Meta Ads, focusing on account architecture and rapid creative testing to maintain efficiency at high scaleLead the strategy and execution for Snapchat and Reddit, identifying unique audience segments and creative formats for each platformBuild and execute a rigorous "always-on" testing framework for new channels to reduce platform relianceCreative Strategy & The Growth LoopAnalyze creative performance (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR) and provide actionable briefs to the Creative team to iterate on winning conceptsPartner with the Influencer team to identify high-performing creator content for whitelisting and paid amplificationEstablish the feedback loop between paid media results and future content productionCRO & Funnel OptimizationWork with the E-commerce team to build, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages and post-purchase upsell flowsManage the attribution stack (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam) to ensure a "source of truth" for blended ROAS and MERRetail-Digital IntegrationExecute geo-targeted digital strategies to drive "velocity" at our retail partners like TargetRequirements4+ years of experience in growth marketing or a high-intensity environment (e.g., hypergrowth DTC brand, performance agency)Deep, hands-on mastery of Meta Ads Manager is non-negotiableProven experience scaling spend on secondary platforms like Snapchat and RedditStrong analytical power—you are an expert in Google Sheets and can find the "why" behind the numbersCreative intuition—you understand the psychology of a scroll-stopping hook and can articulate it to a creative teamAbility to move fast and operate with high ownership in a lean, founder-led environmentExcellent organizational skills: managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional deliverablesHumility, curiosity, and a desire to build the next legacy giant in dermo-cosmetic skincareBenefitsThis is a full-time roleCompetitive salary inclusive of cash bonus based on attainment of company targets50% covered Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance401(k) with company matchUnlimited PTOWe work in the office in Culver City, Los Angeles
