The Aprio Talent Solutions, Executive Segment Recruiter is responsible for creating a unique recruitment experience with high end C-Suite, Director, Controller and VP level recruitment. They will develop a pipeline of diverse, high performing leadership talent to support corporate positions for the diverse Aprio client and “friends of the firm” portfolio. As a highly visible and critical member of Aprio Talent Solutions team, the Recruiter will serve as a partner to the senior client leadership team. This team member will bring a comprehensive perspective for attracting and retaining the very best talent in the industry that match our client and “friend of the firm” company culture, vision and growth strategies. How do we do it? -Unmatched Executive Network -Superior Quality -Industry Specialization -White Glove service Position responsibilities:Create a diverse placement portfolio of $500k - $1M in Gross Margin of contract, contract to perm, retained and direct hire business. Place 20+ new contractors and employees in partnership with the Sales team. Development and implementation of key Executive Search strategiesMap role criteria, define job description and document specificationsConduct confidential interviews, assess strengths and weaknesses, craft candidate profiles summaries to present to clientOffer guidance, manage negotiation and facilitate the offer process through to completionDevelop and execute the employer branding and candidate experience across channels that align with company objectives and strategiesPartner with business leads and functions to ensure a compelling candidate experience. Build strong selection capabilities, and criteria that delivers high quality hiresRecruit for various roles including, but not limited to positions within Manufacturing, Finance, Technology, Retail, Construction and Government Aprio verticalsPartner with Client to identify talent gaps for key positions and build pipelines accordinglyBuild and implement a framework for a roster of external executive candidates, including financial and quality parametersBuild industry awareness and market intelligence regarding hiring and compensation trends and challengesOversee the applicant tracking resources: LinkedInBuild upon relationships with Big 4, Clients and Internal Partners and Practice leadersAd Hoc projects as neededQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required, advanced degree a plusExecutive Search experience in a similar role. Minimum 10 years experience in search/talent acquisitionExecutive presenceResilience and personality to deal with the demands of a fast moving, changing, entrepreneurial business with levels of creative energy and ambiguity Experience working within matrixed accounting and advisory organizations Strategic and capability building experience Expertise and ambition to develop a team and function Must have high standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality Experience with ATS systems (Bullhorn a plus), social media / online resources (LinkedIn) and recruiting process workflows Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing employment policies and practices Assertiveness, inspiring, perceptive, collaborative, and decisive. Results oriented are critical characteristics to success of the chosen candidate Ability to gain confidence and build trust with internal and external contacts.
