Job Title:Manufacturing Technician, Sun-Thurs, 10 pm to 6:30 amJob Description:Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue that mission.The Role:Our site inBedford, MAis seeking amanufacturing Technicianto join our team.This will be on3rdShiftandwillbe working with other team players inour ESC operations group.This role will involve assembly,vacuum processing, and epoxy bondingtoaccomplishbuild and assembly ofechucksand other coated products.This role should be willing to crosstrainand support other work areas to support business needs.You will need to train on 1st shift for the first 3 months before transferring to 3rd shift.WhatYou'llDo:Follow safety best practices and always wear PPE on the production floor.Operate vacuum and other processingequipment.aPerformassembly andepoxy bonding processper procedure without deviation.Set up (fixture) and de-fixture parts for vacuum and processing equipment.Clean fixturesand parts asper procedure.Inspectparts visually and with metrology tools according to quality procedures.Perform periodic tool refreshand basic equipment maintenance tasksper run schedules.Maintaina clean work environment following all Entegris 6S activities.Follow production priorities and perform tasks according to the priorities.Perform confirmations using SAP for work done and enter inspectionand other productiondatain Camline.Activelyparticipatein shiftpass downsfor communicationregardingsafety,qualityand production prioritiesFollow work instructionsand fill out work ordersand other documentation asrequired.Provide feedback to Engineers on process improvements when applicable.Adhere and promote Entegris PACE Values.What We Seek:High SchoolDiploma or equivalent (GED)Minimum of1yrmanufacturing experience (Machine operation, a plus)Able to work3rdShiftsand Overtimeincluding weekendswhen needed.Able to work around chemicals(including but not limited toIPA,Acetone,FeCl, HCL)Fluency in English isrequiredfor training purposesAble to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shiftAbility to work in clean roomComputer Skills (SAP/CamLine a plus)Flexibility to be trained and cross trained in other departmentsOutstandingCandidatesWillHave:Machine operation experienceEnthusiastic learner and continuous improvement mindset.What We Offer:At Entegris, we invest in providingopportunitiestoour employees andpromotefrom within.
