CNC ProgrammerTrillium Professional is now seeking a CNC Programmer / ME Technician (Hybrid) in Western Wisconsin Eau Claire Area (Hybrid: 3 days onsite required)!Pay rate: CNC Programmer: $24.18 $28.54/hr ME Technician: $26.24 $30.82/hr Shift: 1st Shift (Monday Friday)We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer or Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Technician to develop and optimize numerical control programs for high-precision production equipment. This role is essential in translating design data into efficient machining paths, ensuring our automated computerized tools produce accurate, high-quality components.Core Responsibilities:Generate programs for various automated production equipment using CAD/CAM software.Analyze blueprints, sketches, and design data to determine dimensions, cutting sequences, tool selection, and machine speeds/feeds.Establish reference points and define machine cutting paths; calculate angular/linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures.Compare program simulations with original CAD data to ensure 100% accuracy before production.Observe trial runs on designated equipment, verify program accuracy, and perform revisions as needed to support manufacturing.Develop efficient production routes based on the best equipment for the required operations.Requirements:Education: Associate's Degree (A.A.) in a technical field preferred.Experience: 35 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, CNC programming, or precision machining.Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Mastercam is highly preferred.Technical Math: Strong ability to apply concepts of Algebra and Geometry (calculating dimensions, weights, area, and circumference).Blueprints: Expert ability to interpret complex blueprints and recognize discrepancies.Residency: Must be a Wisconsin resident to qualify for the hybrid work-from-home policy.Trillium Staffing has been recruiting and hiring CNC talent for over 30 years.
