Our Client is poised for significant growth, and they are looking for a strategic operations leader to elevate their performance and people-first culture.Your MissionAs VP of Operations, you'll be responsible for the overall direction and performance of the $30MM operations. (Three shifts, approximately 115 people)Your goal: to maximize growth and profitability by fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement through employee engagement. Along with the company President, you'll be key in helping shape the strategy of the organization while leading change and innovation across departments.What You'll Be Responsible For...· Financial & Strategic Leadership: Accountable for developing and executing a long-term operational strategy that aligns with the company's financial goals. This includes managing the annual operating budget, controlling costs, and making sound capital investment decisions to improve efficiency and capacity.· Production & Process Excellence: Responsible for overseeing all manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance. This includes achieving production targets through scheduling and resource management, maximizing overall machine effectiveness, and championing a culture of continuous improvement.· Quality & Safety Assurance: The ultimate accountability lies in maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. This involves implementing robust quality assurance programs and fostering a safety-first culture across all operational teams.· Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Accountable for the entire supply chain, from strategic sourcing and procurement to inventory management and final product delivery. The goal is to create a resilient, cost-effective, and efficient supply chain that can reliably support production demands.· Team Leadership & Development: Responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing the operations team.
