Job Type: FTELocation: Remote (Must sit in MST or PST time zones)Dept: PMORate: $150,000-170,000Position OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and client-focused Program Manager to lead high-impact consulting engagements and cultivate long-term client relationships. This hybrid role combines delivery excellence with strategic advisory, ensuring that client objectives are met while identifying opportunities for growth and transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary strategic advisor to clients, aligning consulting solutions with business goalsLead the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects across multiple industriesDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner throughout the engagement lifecycleDrive business development by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsManage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful deliveryFacilitate executive-level communications and stakeholder reportingOversee financial performance of engagements, including billing, and forecastingCollaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery standards and client satisfactionSupport strategic transformation initiatives for clientsContribute to the development of consulting methodologies, templates, and best practicesQualificationsProven experience in strategic consulting and program management within a client-facing roleStrong understanding of business strategy, operations, and transformation initiativesExceptional communication and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple projects and engagements simultaneouslyFinancial acumen and experience managing engagement-level budgets and profitabilityBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferredCyclotron is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
