How You Will Make an Impact Lead and supervise concrete crews on active job sites, ensuring production goals and deadlines are consistently met. Meticulously interpret blueprints and construction plans, guaranteeing precise execution and zero deviations from specifications. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on-site, maintaining seamless workflow and project quality. Champion a safety-first culture, conducting daily meetings and rigorously enforcing all safety protocols. Effectively communicate and coordinate with General Contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Train and mentor laborers in proper techniques and safety practices, elevating the team's overall skill level. Ensure all projects meet exact specifications and deadlines, upholding JP Tank's reputation for excellence. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete construction. Proven team leadership experience in a foreman or supervisory role. Expert ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints and construction plans. Willingness to travel nationwide based on project needs. Willingness to work overtime to meet project deadlines. Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain professionalism with General Contractors and crew members.
