IT Field Technician

First Coast Cardiovascular Institute, a multi-specialty medical practice with locations in Duval, Clay, and Putnam counties in Florida, and one office in Ware county, Georgia, is seeking an IT Field Technician for their office locations. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: •Assist helpdesk with end user support. •Install, configure, update and keep inventory of hardware and software. •Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, repair problems and document fixes. •Track and monitor day-to-day performance of systems, and conduct analysis with the goal of improving performance. •Perform projects as directed. •Perform other duties as assigned. 2 years of experience in the field preferred. Technical Degree or Associates Degree resulting in A+ and Security+ Certifications.
