The organization partners with clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and consumer goods, helping coordinate transportation and logistics operations between shippers and carriers.The company is focused on delivering high-quality service, proactive problem-solving, and customized logistics solutions for its clients. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting effortsConduct cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to generate and qualify leadsBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline through follow-up and lead nurturing activitiesManage prospect and customer interactions within a CRM platformDeliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experienceDevelop long-term relationships with prospective and existing customersQualificationsProven experience in business development, sales, or logistics/supply chain salesStrong prospecting and cold-calling skillsExperience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar platformsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyDo not apply for this opportunity if you do not have a proven sales track record, if you do not believe in prospecting, or if you are looking for short and quick deals.
