Candidate must have LinkedIn with 500+ connection Profile should be 5+ years old .Position: QA Tester Location: Can sit in Woodbridge, NJ or Boston, MA (onsite 4 days/week)Any visa Exp level: 10+ yearsWe have now has 6 exclusive openingsMUST HAVE P&C EXPERIENCE *Must go interview in personQuality Assurance AnalystEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Based on project requirements and technical design, develop & execute software test cases.Plan test schedules & strategies in accordance with project scope & delivery dates.Document test cases, results and defects utilizing MicroFocus (formerly HP) Quality Center/ALM.Create and manage test data, including data for use by automated scripts where applicable.Document and communicate project quality over the course of testing, including readiness for release using our standard test process and status reporting template.Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) phase - largely through test information sharing and test data creation for UAT team members using our automated processes.Desired Skills3-5 years testing and/or Property & Casualty Insurance experience.Experience with Quality Center/ALM for requirements, test case and defect management.Data testing experience including writing SQL and working with XML files.Exposure to Property & Casualty Insurance a plus.Excellent skills as a communicator and facilitator, both written and oral.Ability to work independently and within a team to accomplish a common goal.Self-starter with strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.A 'process improvement' mind-set.
