You’ll run the operational rhythm for your shift, track fleet health in tooling, communicate status and incidents, and deliver a clean handoff to the next shift.What You’ll Do- Own the on-shift plan and execution for charging, cleaning, vehicle movements, and dispatch support.- Lead and coach Operators; assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.- Use operational tools/dashboards to track fleet health, charging status, and vehicle readiness in real time.- Escalate issues that impact uptime; coordinate across Operations teams to resolve blockers quickly.- Conduct start-of-shift briefings and end-of-shift debriefs; produce concise shift summaries and incident logs.- Verify completion and quality of readiness tasks; ensure vehicles meet deployment standards.- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; enforce safety policies and PPE compliance.- Support onboarding and on-the-job training for new Operators.- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement on the shift.What You’ll Need- 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or fleet environments with frontline leadership responsibility.- Hands-on experience coordinating live operations across multiple tasks and priorities.- Comfort using operations tooling and dashboards; able to interpret metrics and take action.- Clear communication skills for briefings, handoffs, and incident reporting.- Proactive problem solver with strong attention to safety and process discipline.- Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays as part of a 24/7 schedule.Key Metrics- On-time shift execution and handoff quality- Fleet readiness and uptime during shift- SOP and safety compliance- Issue resolution speed on shift- Operator productivity and quality adherence
