Job DescriptionAs a Fleet Coordinator, you are the backbone of daily vehicle readiness and shift coordination for Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC. You’ll ensure that every vehicle is safe, clean and fully prepared for use at the start of each driver’s shift.What You’ll GetThe hourly rate / wage for this role is $18.50/hr + eligible for up to $1,500 in quarterly bonus incentivesOvertime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)Sick Pay: Granted Up to 48 hoursPaid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays)A Day In The LifeThe Mobility Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the successful operation of their assigned Fleet Mobility location.What You’ll DoConduct and verify pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections to ensure safety and complianceAssign vehicles to drivers based on availability, condition, and operational needsPrepare and organize key tags and documentation so drivers can begin their shifts without delayMonitor vehicle status throughout the day to support smooth shift transitions and minimize downtime. Report any vehicle issues, inspection failures or driver safety scoring to the Mobility Dispatch Supervisor for immediate resolution.What We’re Looking ForThrives working in a fast-paced environmentValues safety and organization Valid California driver's licenseMust pass a background check, MVR, and fingerprintingMust be 25 years of age or olderFlexibility in scheduling which may include nights weekends and holidaysAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasksAbility to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm and outstanding communication skillsComputer literate and detailed orientedAbility to work under minimal supervision and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly.Physical RequirementsAble to communicate effectively and follow directions from our Fleet Mobility Solutions management teamAble to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.Able to sit and stand for extended periods.
