Hand Assembly TechnicianLocation: Milford, CTPay Rate: $17.50/hourSchedule: 8am-4:30pm Mon-FriPosition OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hand Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling lighting products by hand, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble lighting components and fixtures using hand tools and small partsFollow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly diagramsInspect products for quality, accuracy, and functionalityMaintain a clean and organized workstationPackage finished products according to company standardsReport any defects, issues, or material shortages to supervisorsMeet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standardsQualificationsPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)Ability to use basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, etc.)Strong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to stand, sit, or perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsBasic understanding of quality control practicesReliable attendance and strong work ethicPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 25 lbsAbility to perform repetitive hand movementsAbility to stand or sit for extended periods
