Job DetailsDescriptionNO RESUMES, EMAILS, PHONE CALLS, INQUIRES FROM OUTSIDE RECRUITERS OR AGENCIESOverviewThe HRIS Analyst performs a variety of professional administrative tasks and organizes information with Encore Electric’s HRIS (UKG) to support the Human Resources Business Partner team.Compensation for this role: $70,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience General ResponsibilitiesMaintain open communication lines with all working relationshipsFollow up to ensure items for which the job is accountable are performedEarn and maintain customer’s trustUphold the core values of the organizationWork well with others to accomplish the mission of the organization and of the job Specific ResponsibilitiesThis role will hold responsibilities across multiple facets of HR, including operations, process management, data analytics and reporting.HR Operations & Process ManagementPush new hires into UKG each week, including processing E-VerifyManage weekly payroll changes in HRIS and communicate updates to Payroll in accordance with established proceduresAdminister and support the performance review process as directed, including apprentice self-reviews, ensuring consistency, compliance, and equitable application across the organization with direction from HRBPsEnsure apprentice job titles are accurate by conducting periodic audits and processing title updatesLead the annual I‑9 audit, identifying risks, ensuring corrective action, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirementsCollect employee relations data and deliver to HR Business Partners Data Analytics and ReportingDesign, build, and maintain standard and ad hoc reports from the HRIS (UKG) Create dashboards to reflect workforce trends and enable data driven decision making in the following areas:Produce recurring reports, dashboards and metrics in key people areas including:Onboarding and new‑hire trendsPerformance management cycles and completion ratesAttendance, absences, and pattern identificationPromotions, internal movement, and workforce progressionTurnover analysis (voluntary/involuntary, trends, themes)Partner with HRBP teams to identify reporting needs and continuously improve data outputs based on business questions and prioritiesData Integrity, Validation and Maintenance Validate data accuracy across UKG reports, ensuring consistency, completeness, and reliability before distributionInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies, partnering with HR team members as needed to correct upstream data issuesEstablish data quality checks and controls to support reliable trend analysis and decision‑makingCreate and maintain documented procedures for recurring HR reports, data pulls, and analysis processes to ensure consistency and continuityStandardize reporting methods to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency for the HR Business Partner teamIdentify opportunities to automate or streamline reporting workflows within UKG and Excel Analytical Support and InsightsAnalyze trends and themes in HR data and provide concise summaries that help Business Partners anticipate risks, hotspots, or improvement opportunitiesSupport leadership and HR team requests with timely, data‑driven analysis that informs workforce planning and employee experience initiativesDevelop meaningful visuals, summaries, and talking points to support HRBP conversations with leaders Tools, Skills And Self-ManagementLeverage advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, charts) to analyze and present HR data efficientlyDemonstrate strong organization and time‑management skills to manage multiple reporting requests and deadlinesOperate as a self‑starter who takes ownership of data, asks thoughtful questions, and seeks opportunities to add valuePossess a high level of integrity; ability to maintain highly confidential informationAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and create dashboards to make data driven decisions. Experience in UKG strongly preferred.
