Receiving & Material ControlReceive inbound deliveries and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders Inspect materials for damage and accuracy Perform material receipt transactions in company software systems Label and properly store materials in designated warehouse locations Coordinate resolution of receiving discrepancies Material Staging & Production SupportStage materials for prefab and assembly operations Maintain material availability for scheduled production activities Coordinate movement of materials between warehouse and fabrication areas Support workflow efficiency through organized staging practices Shipping & Outbound LogisticsPrepare completed assemblies for shipment Package materials to prevent damage during transit Coordinate outbound freight scheduling as needed Load trucks safely and efficiently Inventory Accuracy & SystemsMaintain accurate inventory through timely system updates Perform cycle counts as assigned Assist with inventory organization and location management Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes Equipment OperationOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely Support loading/unloading operations Follow all safety policies and procedures Warehouse Coordination SupportAssist with daily workflow coordination across receiving, staging, and shipping activities Communicate material shortages or issues impacting production Support organization and housekeeping of warehouse areas Assist with training or mentoring newer warehouse personnel as neededSafety/Hazard Recognition & EliminationPre-plan and identify the methods to eliminate hazards daily by work task.Execute skill in observing habits and hazards of others and bringing it to their attention.Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support goal of achieving zero accidents.Promote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed.Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel.FinancialLIMITS OF AUTHORITY: Financial limits of authority for bidding, contracts, change orders, and lien waivers may be viewed by the incumbent on the “Levels of Authority” document located on the Company F drive. It is the employee’s responsibility to stay current on these limits of authority.Qualifications And RequirementsProvide minimum education and experience required to perform the job. High School Diploma (or equivalent) required Prior warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience required Forklift experience required (certification preferred) Experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred Ability to read packing slips and purchase orders Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license; CDL may be required for certain positions
