This position will be located in our Tucker, GA location.Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of branch operations including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.Drive branch profitability through strategic planning, operational oversight, and continuous improvement.Hire, mentor, and develop staff to achieve business goals and foster a high-performance culture.Develop and execute a branch business plan aligned with company goals.Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.Oversee budgeting, staffing, and financial reporting, including P&L management.Collaborate with senior leadership to align local efforts with broader corporate strategy.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.3--5 years of outside sales experience highly preferred.Prior management or supervisory experience, ideally in electrical wholesale.Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.Proficiency with Eclipse Solar ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).Proven ability to drive results and manage operational and financial responsibilities.Valid driver's license and good driving record required.Benefits:At USESI, we believe that our benefits should make a difference--to you, your job, and the life you lead outside of work.
