Overview We are looking for a talented, motivated Esthetician to join our team in a warm, fast-paced, client-centered environment. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of delivering high-quality skincare experiences that help clients look and feel their best. You’ll use your expertise, attention to detail, and passion for esthetics to provide exceptional services while creating a welcoming, trustworthy experience for every client. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of esthetics experience in a spa or similar setting Ability to perform facials, waxing, lash/brow services, and Swedish massage Commitment to exceptional sanitation, professionalism, and client care Willingness to complete our intensive training program to master service protocols Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships Duties To educate clients on skincare products and routines. Provide consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services or products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new products to provide the best service possible. Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products that complement treatments offered. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Manage social media content and client engagement. Skills Familiarity with med spa services and procedures is a strong advantage Proficient in full-body waxing techniques for all skin types Strong retail and product-knowledge skills, with the ability to confidently recommend and sell skincare products Experience educating clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and at-home maintenance Join our team as an Esthetician where your skills will shine, and your passion for beauty will help transform our clients' experiences!
