Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (APRN) Outpatient Primary CareLocation: Brattleboro, VermontEmployment Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE, 40 hours/week)Compensation: $120,000 $140,000 annually Position Overview A community-based healthcare system in southeastern Vermont is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join an established outpatient primary care practice.This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary medical group environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care servicesIndependently perform medical services in accordance with APRN licensure standardsDeliver care focused on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellnessCollaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and support teamsProvide patient and family education to support informed healthcare decisionsParticipate in leadership, consultation, and care coordination within the practiceMaintain safe, efficient, and cost-effective clinical operationsEngage in continuing education and ongoing professional developmentThe medical group includes primary care and specialty services, allowing for strong collaboration and referral support.
