Senior Electrical Engineer, PE License Preferred

A company is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer - Power Generation. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee electrical engineering design efforts for power generation projects, focusing on substation physical design, protection and controls, and interconnection engineering Coordinate with internal teams to ensure integrated and high-quality project execution Provide technical guidance for interconnection support and oversee engineering quality and compliance with applicable codes and standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering within power generation, substations, or renewable energy projects Strong background in substation physical design and/or protection and controls for medium- to high-voltage projects Experience with interconnection-related engineering efforts for utility-scale generation projects Working knowledge of industry standards and proficiency with engineering and design tools
