Property Accounting Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Property Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 per year. Job Responsibilities:Lead all property-level accounting functions, including financial reporting and reconciliations.Collaborate with asset managers, property managers, and investor relations to ensure financial accuracy.Support the onboarding of new assets and manage transitions from third-party property managers.Leverage ERP tools to streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.Partner with offshore support teams and internal stakeholders to maintain accounting consistency. Requirements:3+ years of property accounting experience, preferably in a leadership role.Show strong familiarity with Yardi Voyager, especially the Premium Property module.Bring experience working with owner-operators or investor-backed real estate firms.Contribute to system optimization and support tech-forward accounting initiatives.Communicate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities. Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Possess a CPA designation or be actively pursuing certification (preferred but not required).Display a proactive, tech-savvy mindset with a desire to improve processes.Exhibit a background in public accounting or experience with middle-market audit firms.Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.REF#51337
