If you're driven by results, passionate about building relationships, and ready to lead with purpose — we want to meet you.What You'll DoAs Director of Sales, you will:Lead the hotel's sales strategy across corporate, group, and transient segmentsDevelop team goals, manage performance, and implement incentive programsCollaborate with hotel operations to ensure sales goals align with guest experience standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, local businesses, and community partnersUtilize brand sales systems and tools to manage leads and reportingRepresent the hotel at industry events, networking functions, and local community initiativesWork closely with sales support teams to maximize brand-driven opportunitiesWhat You Bring5+ years of hotel sales leadership, preferably with Hilton or Marriott brandsExpertise in Marriott systems such as CI/TY, MARSHA, and OneSource (preferred)Proven ability to drive revenue and exceed market share goalsExcellent client relationship management and negotiation skillsStrategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and people leadershipStrong communication, presentation, and organizational abilitiesPassion for hospitality, team development, and local community engagementWhy You'll Love Working With UsWe believe great work deserves great rewards.
