District Sales ManagerBehlen Building Systems is growing our presence across the Southeast and is seeking an experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. If you're a seasoned PEMB professional ready to take the next step in your career, we want to talk with you.This role represents a trusted brand with nearly 90 years of manufacturing excellence, supported by our Sarasota, Florida facility and additional U.S. production locations.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow, support, and strengthen a PEMB Builder networkRecruit, onboard, and develop new Builder accountsConduct regular in-person meetings with general contractors, erectors, installers, and developers (travel required)Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements, including estimating responsibilitiesDevelop scopes of work to generate qualified quotations and purchase ordersManage territory planning, travel scheduling, and sales forecastingQualificationsMust reside in Southeast Georgia, North Carolina, or South CarolinaMinimum 5 years of PEMB experience (sales, design, estimating, or project management experience beneficial)Strong technical ability to read drawings, specifications, and load requirementsExperience reviewing plans and coordinating accurate estimatesHighly organized with strong planning, follow-up, and time-management habitsExcellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (experience with MBS pricing software is beneficial)Self-motivated, positive, and solutions-focusedTeam-oriented with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering, estimating, and marketingCommitment to safety and continuous improvement (ISO 9001)If you're ready to advance your PEMB career with a respected and expanding manufacturer, we'd love to hear from you.
