Agentic Engineer

LaSalle Network is hiring for an Agentic Engineer with Fusion Risk Management, an industry leading SaaS company recognized for innovation, growth, and strong culture. This is a fully remote, direct hire opportunity on Fusion’s Engineering team, focused on scaling and continuously improving a suite of AI agents that support AI driven software delivery.In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI translating requirements into agent ready specs, guiding agents through execution, reviewing AI-generated output, validating quality, and improving the overall workflow over time. The right candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, moves quickly, and thrives in a high-ownership environment.ResponsibilitiesOperate and scale Fusion’s AI-agent-driven delivery system to support engineering throughput and qualityTranslate business and product requirements into clear, agent-ready specificationsSteer and supervise agent execution (prompting/workflow shaping), ensuring outputs align to expectationsReview AI-generated code and artifacts for correctness, security, and maintainabilityValidate quality through testing/verification practices and structured review processesContinuously improve agent workflows, guardrails, and team-level patterns as the system evolvesPartner cross-functionally with product managers, designers, business stakeholders, and engineering/platform teamsCommunicate progress, decisions, and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences (nice-to-have emphasis)QualificationsExperience working in a SaaS environment, ideally supporting enterprise-level productsStrong technical judgment and ability to evaluate/guide generated work (code + technical outputs)Hands-on experience with Claude Code (or comparable AI coding agent workflow experience)Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments and iterating on processStrong collaboration skills across product + engineering stakeholdersNice to have: ability to present internally; 5+ years overall experience preferredKey DetailsEmployment Type: Direct HireWork Model: Fully RemoteCompensation: $150,000 – $160,000 (target range)Bonus: Eligibility to earn discretionary bonus up to $20,000 Benefits: Medical, dental, and visionLocation (HQ / for posting purposes): 2 North Riverside Plaza, Suite 100, Chicago, IL 60606Work Week: 40 hoursProcess note: CCAT assessment is required to move forward in the interview processAbout LaSalle NetworkAt LaSalle Network, we don’t just fill roles, we build careers and transform businesses.
