Sr. Database Administrator (Oracle EBS)

ExperienceBetween 8 and 10 years of Database Administration and Oracle EBS Administration experience on Unix/Linux platforms.Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2 multi-node architecture.Experience with EBS migration and administration on Azure or cloud platforms.Experience with upgrading EBS application and database tiers.Strong Unix/Linux administration skills.Experience with monitoring tools including Oracle Enterprise Manager(OEM).Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Other RequirementsExperience with Oracle Exadata and Automatic Storage Management strongly preferredExperience with Transparent Data Encryption(TDE) preferred.Experience with Oracle APEX extension for EBS strongly preferred.Experience with storage snapshot technologies for cloning strongly preferred.Experience with Oracle Data Guard set-up, administration and fail-over procedures required.Experience with Network File Systems and backup technologies including RMAN & CommVault required.Experience with Change Management tools and processes including Service Now, Quest Stat and Config Snapshot strongly preferred.Experience and knowledge in various database architectures and implementation and management of networked database computing structures and applications strongly preferredExperience implementing, configuring, and performance tuning multiple Oracle 19c instances per machine requiredExcellent organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal skillsDetail oriented, ability to multitask and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated, ability to work in a team and independentlyExcellent project management skillsStrong written communication and document drafting skillsStrong Linux backgroundStrong development and scripting skill setAbility to do complex queries and validate expected results in the databaseAbility to lead othersAbility to troubleshoot problemsAbility to organize and prioritize work independentlyAbility to work in a rapidly changing environmentAbility to support Production EnvironmentsAbility to work within performance tuning, using tools for stress testing and building scalable systems
