The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable database solutions while mentoring team members and collaborating with stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute data migration projects from on-premise systems to AWS cloud environmentsEnsure adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practicesPerform database performance tuning and optimization for high availability and scalabilityManage and implement version control and deployment strategiesConduct code reviews and provide mentorship to development team membersTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical and performance issuesContribute to both backend services and frontend integration points where requiredCollaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirementsRequired (Must-Have) Skills8 10 years of overall IT experienceProven experience in data migration from on-prem to cloud (AWS)Strong expertise in AWS Aurora DB and MySQLSolid understanding of:Version control systems (e.g., Git)Deployment processes (CI/CD pipelines)Database performance tuning and optimizationExperience with troubleshooting complex system issuesStrong understanding of system architecture and scalable designDesirable SkillsExperience in Java developmentFamiliarity with modern cloud-native application architectures
