As a small company, we have the ability to be different from all of the other vendors people speak to on a daily basis and strive to provide a one of a kind service to our customers.What we do and what we offer is extremely unique. There are incredible benefits to covering your pool and many pool owners think they have to spend the time and money that goes into maintaining them whether or not they even use the pool. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable talking with anyone and can support pool owners in their journey with us.This role is to support both our estimators and potential customers seamlessly through their buying journey by being inquisitive, thoughtful, honest, and consistent in communication. We’re looking for someone who can learn what our customers are hoping to achieve with a pool cover and help them achieve that through our process.ResponsibilitiesWork with leads and customers in the way you wish you were treated as a consumerSchedule Free Estimates for potential customersEducate Pool owners on the benefits of covering their poolTake inbound calls from prospects and customers. Follow up with leads to schedule estimates (30+ total outbound calls/day)Follow up with potential customers after receiving estimateUpdate customer files with adequate notes in Zoho CRMManage the Estimators schedule with efficient routes to their appointmentsPromptly respond to emails, text messages, and phone calls from leads and customersAssist with Marketing projects and campaignsAssist the Install and service team if neededQualificationsAbility to commute and work in office near Deer Valley AirportExperience working with customers and potential customers via phoneExperienced using a CRM to organize customer informationTrustworthy (Our clients trust that our cover will keep their loved ones safe around their pool)Customer Service experienceBonusSocial Media campaignsOutside of the box problem solvingProcess oriented with the ability to productively improviseTo be considered for this role, please complete this application to submit your resume and then send an email to sspcreid@gmail.com with an example of a great experience you had with a company as a consumer and what made it a great experience.
