The ideal candidate is confident in customer-facing sales, knowledgeable about construction or outdoor living products, and capable of managing projects from initial consultation through contract signing.We provide qualified leads, but successful candidates should also be proactive in generating their own leads through networking, referrals, marketing efforts, and relationship building.This is a commission-driven opportunity with strong earning potential for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesMeet with prospective homeowners for on-site consultationsFollow up on company-provided leads in a timely and professional mannerGenerate self-sourced leads through networking, referrals, social media, and community outreachEducate customers on pool construction, remodeling options, equipment upgrades, and outdoor living solutionsCreate project proposals and present pricing optionsBuild strong customer relationships and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales processCoordinate with project managers, designers, and office staff to ensure smooth project handoffTrack leads, appointments, and sales activity in CRM systemsStay current on industry trends, materials, equipment, and construction methodsAttend networking events, home shows, and community marketing opportunities when neededTravel throughout Maricopa County and Pinal County for appointments and site visitsMaintain availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customer schedulesQualificationsPrevious sales experience preferred (pool industry, construction, landscaping, home improvement, or related fields a plus)Strong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyComfortable meeting clients at residential propertiesAbility to work weekends and flexible hoursAbility to travel throughout Maricopa and Pinal CountyValid driver's license and reliable transportationBasic understanding of construction processes preferredAbility to read plans, measurements, and project layouts is a plusExperience using CRM software and preparing estimates is preferredCompensation & BenefitsCommission-based pay structure with high earning potentialPerformance bonuses availableFlexible scheduleCompany-provided leadsOpportunity for growth within the companyIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is energetic, professional, trustworthy, and passionate about helping homeowners transform their outdoor spaces.
