Salesforce Developer (remote)

Job title: Salesforce Developer- Vlocity and OmniStudio (fully remote) Job Summary: Next Generation Inc, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a Salesforce Developer with considerable experience in Vlocity and Omnistudio, to join our team for a full time role. Public sector experience, especially in public health, is a plus area. This role is fully remote from anywhere in the United States. Job Responsibilities 1. Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio to meet business requirements 2. Create technical specifications based on business requirements 3. Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions 4. Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using Apex, Integration Procedures, and other Salesforce technologies 5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise 6. Ensure high quality and maintainable code through code reviews, testing, and documentation 7. Support the completion of required technical deliverables 8. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and features 9. Salesforce configuration and customization based on client user stories and underlying acceptance criteria. 10. Complete technical documentation and deliverables required by the client, including technical specifications, system design document, and configuration management plan. Job Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in Salesforce software development 2. Proficient in Salesforce development using Apex and Lightning Web Components 3. Experience in developing applications using Salesforce OmniStudio (Flexcards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)- very important 4. Familiarity with Salesforce administration and configuration 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 8.
