Job DescriptionElectrical Project ManagerGpac is a national executive search firm specializing in recruitment for the electrical construction industry. We have been retained by a local electrical contractor in the area to find an Electrical Project Manager to join their team.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary based on experienceBonus potentialHealth insurance package401KPaid vacationCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceDuties & Responsibilities:Oversee and manage commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects from start to finishDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecastsCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project successReview project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure complianceMonitor job progress and provide leadership to field personnelManage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change ordersEnsure all work is performed in accordance with safety and quality standardsConduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholdersIdentify and resolve project challenges to maintain efficiency and profitabilityPerform additional duties as assigned by leadershipQualifications:3+ years of electrical project management experience with an electrical contractorProven track record managing commercial, industrial, and institutional projectsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project schedulingAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contractsExperience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractorsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsStable work historyProficiency with project management software is a plusYour resume will not be shared with any company without us first reaching out to discuss the opportunity in detail.Take the next step in your career-apply today!Contact Ben Broers directly for more information: 605-937-5246 ben.broers@gogpac.com
