Roles-Responsibilities:
MDM Solution Identification:
Ø Identify an MDM solution that meets or surpasses current organizational capabilities.
Ø Ensure the selected MDM solution integrates effectively with M365 applications.
Ø Recommend an MDM solution or compatible third-party application for Data Archival and e-Discovery needs.
Ø Identify an MDM solution or compatible third-party application that complies with M-10-01 for Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR).
Ø Recommend an MDM solution or third-party application that provides a robust mobile anti-virus solution.
Ø Ensure the MDM solution is mobile-device independent, supporting various mobile device platforms.
Ø Ensure the MDM solution is carrier independent, offering flexibility across different carriers.
Engineering and Integration Planning:
Ø Prepare a comprehensive Engineering and Integration Plan for the proposed Modernization Solution.
Ø Identify and define all control gates necessary for the implementation of the recommended solution.
Ø Develop and propose an implementation strategy that minimizes disruption to CI mobile device users.
Performance and Security Assurance:
Ø Ensure that the proposed solution offers equivalent or superior technical and security performance compared to the existing BB UEM system.
Ø Optionally, identify and document processes and procedures required for the removal of BB UEM and the configuration of the proposed MDM solution.
· Expertise required in M365 Applications and Compatibility.
· Strong background in design engineering essential.
· Responsible for architecting and implementing solutions that meet Continuous Integration (CI) requirements for MDM.
· Identify, recommend, and integrate an MDM solution that surpasses current capabilities.
· Ensure seamless integration of the MDM solution with M365 applications.
· Maintain high levels of security and performance in the proposed solutions.
Experience:
· Minimum Experience: 7+ years in Design Engineering
· Designs a solution to meet CI requirements for MDM solution.
· Experienced Solutions Architect specializing in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
· Extensive experience with M365 applications and ensuring compatibility with MDM solutions.
· Proven track record in identifying, recommending, and integrating advanced MDM solutions.
· Strong understanding of mobile device independence and carrier independence in MDM solutions.
· Experience in preparing and executing Engineering and Integration Plans for large-scale solutions.
· Familiarity with M-10-01 compliance requirements, especially regarding Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR).
Preferred Skills
· Experience with BB UEM or similar mobile device management platforms.
· Familiarity with data archival, e-discovery, and mobile security solutions
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Relevant Field
Certifications:
Preferred :
· Certification in M365 or relevant MDM technologies.

Pay: $119,426.00 - $126,026.00 per year
